Common Questions

  • Applying for a credit card is easy.  Choose the credit card that meets your needs and click the apply now button on the page.  You can also apply by calling us on 0800 801 808 and one of our customer experience team members will be happy to talk you through the application process.

    To apply for a credit card, you must be:
    • 18 years or older, and
    • a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident living in New Zealand, and
    • earning or receiving a regular income

  • There's no annual fee associated with your credit card. The fees and charges relating to your card are contained in the Welcome letter pack you would have received and are also available to review at any time at warehousemoney.co.nz.

  • Warehouse Money Connect is a secure online service centre where you can easily access and manage your account.  You can do things like:
    • Activate and load a Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your credit card
    • Change the PIN on your card
    • Update your account details 
    • Apply for an additional cardholder 
    • View your transactions
    • View your statements
    • Request a credit limit increase or decrease
    • Block your card if you have misplaced or lost it

  • Yes, you can use your credit card overseas wherever Visa is accepted.
