  • Payment frequency
    • We have flexible payment options that allow you to pay your premiums fortnightly, monthly or annually.
    Paying your premiums
    • You can pay in instalments via direct debit from your bank account. 
    • You can pay your premiums via our secure online payment system using your credit or debit card. Paying online is fast, easy and secure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. To pay online, please click here
    • Alternatively, just call us on 0800 801 814 to arrange payment over the phone
    Cancelling your policy
    You may cancel your policy at any time. If you cancel your policy, you’ll be refunded the unexpired portion of the premium if it’s more than $10. The cancellation will take effect from the time that we receive your request to cancel the policy. You can cancel your policy using any one of these methods:

    Here’s WM Health Connect!

    • Request pre-approval online before you start any treatment
    • Make a claim, keep track of your current claims and also view your claim history
    • Manage your details, change your excess or cover, add family member, and more

    Registering for WM Health Connect
    To register you’ll need to provide your policy number, name, date of birth and email address. You’ll then need to create a password and you’ll be set up. Easy!

    Paying your premiums
    You can pay your premiums using the methods below.

    Paying by direct debit from your bank account 
    You can pay your premiums via direct debit from your bank account. With our flexible options, you can choose to pay premiums weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, every six months or annually. You can set up your payments when you apply for cover.

    To change any of your direct debit details, complete a Direct Debit Authority Form and return it to us.

    Paying by credit card  
    You can pay your premiums via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Diners. With our flexible options, you can choose to pay premiums monthly, quarterly, every six months or annually. If you choose to pay by credit card, we’ll call you to get your credit card details. 

    To change any of your credit card details, complete a Credit Card Payment Authority Form and return it to us.

    Cancelling your policy
    You can cancel your policy anytime by giving us 30 days’ notice using any one of these methods:

  • WM Travel Connect
    Want the freedom to manage your policy online? Here’s WM Travel Connect!
    • Buy a policy in a few easy steps and access and print your Certificate of Insurance.
    • View your entire policy history and extend your policy before it expires.
    • Cancel your policy within the cooling off period.

    Registering for WM Travel Connect
    To register for WM Travel Connect you’ll need to provide the email address you used when you bought your travel insurance policy. You’ll then need to create a password and you’ll be set up. Easy!

    Paying your premiums
    When you buy your travel insurance policy, you can pay using a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card.

    Cancelling your policy
    You can cancel your policy any time before the policy start date shown on your Certificate of Insurance.

    Cancelling your policy within 14 days of buying your policy
    If you cancel your policy within 14 days from the time we issue your Certificate of Insurance, we’ll refund the full  premium paid, provided you:
      • haven’t started your trip,
      • haven’t made a claim, and 
      • don’t want to make a claim or exercise any other right under the policy. 
    Cancelling your policy at any other time
    If you cancel your policy after 14 days from the purchase date, we won’t refund any premium.

  • Paying your premiums
    It costs $0.74 for every $100 (or part thereof) you owe on your credit card.  We’ll calculate your insurance premium for the month based on your credit card monthly closing balance, and charge this amount to your credit card account each month. You’ll only be charged a premium if you owe money on your Warehouse Money credit card.

    If you cancel your policy during the 30 day free-look period, provided you haven’t made any claims, we’ll refund any premium charged.
